Steve Prince, our main instructor, has the heart of a teacher.  We create a positive learning environment where all students are treated with respect, and where the confidence necessary for self-protection and the use of a firearm are instilled.  Steve Prince was a college leadership instructor and has been involved in training with firearms since 1990.

Imagine you or your loved ones are in danger - what will you do?  Call the police?  Yes!  The police are trained in the use of firearms to protect citizens from bad people.  But by learning the basic skills of firearm use for self-defense, you will be ready to defend yourself in those precious moments before the police arrive.

Classes are held monthly in Holland, Michigan

The first step to obtaining your CPL is to take an approved class from a certified instructor.   Once you are trained and receive your certificate, you will take that to the county clerk of the county you live in.  At the clerks office you will complete the form RI-012 (which we will email you), pay the required state fee, and pass a background check conducted by the Michigan State Police. Once approved and processed your CPL will arrive in the mail. It is valid for 5 years and renews on your birthday.

Private classes are available upon request.  If you have property with a safe firearms range and space large enough for your group, classes can be conducted on location.
